29 de diciembre 2013, 12:45h comienza la
aventura…
llevarnos directas a África.
arroyar a todo el que se ponga delante. Cuatro paradas… pufff.. ya es la hora;
NOoooooo.
Empezamos a correr, haciendo aspavientos
Tiembla Cabo Verde!!

29th Decembrer 2013, 12:45 the adventure just started…
A tiny plane took us straight to Africa. First stop Casablanca (Morocco) where we have a long time
till next flight. We decided to spend that time visiting the city althouh we
found some transport dificulties. None speaks English and the little French Andy
knows isn´t enough. Finally, we took the confortable and almost empty train.
But when the ticket inspector arrived he told us to leave the bagoon, we were
in first class. Five minuts later another ticket supervisor made a friendly signs
for going back to the first class seats.
In Casablanca (“Whitehouse”) there are houses but it is not
ever whiteish. Looking for its essence we walked to the city centre where we
could discover the authentical Moroccian life. Its people, food and fresh
jueces, its prays in any corner its bars in which terraces you can find men,
most of them alone in front of a tea looking how life fliying. So it happened
to us, without us having realized it was the time of taking the tram back to
the station, but we missed it and we got nervous , everything was going wrong…
We were going to miss the last train we had to the airport.
The only hope was the train came late. We had a plan: run and push anyone in
your way is ok. Four stops to arrive… and it´s the time. We couldn´t find the
tickets to get out from the tram station, we crushed a woman, we dodged a car,
now a taxi. We arrived to the platform exhausted, there is no train in platform
number 2. We asked to the station officer and he told us the train to the
aiport was in number 3 which had already closed its door and going away…
Nooooooooo.
We started running waving our arms, trying to stop it but we
had no luck and it continued even though the station officer was also helping us with his torch and whistle.
There is nothing we can do…
Suddently, the train driver put his head out and the train
brakes at the end of the platform. The locomotive door opens, and the driver gave
us his hand to get in. Wow! We wonder now how we can tell them we haven´t got
tickets, we have just the money to buy three tickets but the price is higher on
the train. We looked in every single pocket without succes. The train
supervisor told us to sit, we had already given him our money. Few minutes
later he appeared with two tickets and he gave us some money back.. One of us
is travelling for free.
Definitely, Morocco has treated us great! “Shake Cabo Verde”
